Maintenance Planning
Your maintenance planning was made in the field or within a room?
It is very common to find maintenance plans that are exact copies of equipment manuals. This practice is typical schedules made within the room, ie without field survey of the characteristics of the premises. When this happens, believe, the executions of these plans are probably being made in the workshop / office. This is called the Pred Engenharia and Management of self-deception, that is, someone pretended to have planned and the teams involved are pretending they do.
The Pred Engenharia believes that a good maintenance plan is one that is "readily comply." To do so, needs to be done in the field and experienced professionals, following procedures/ guidelines formally defined in the diagnosis of maintenance, on the four lines shown above plan.
